Responsibilities:

- Phone triage:
Answer incoming calls, assess urgency, and direct calls to the appropriate individuals.
- GIS (Geographic Information System):
Utilize GIS software to analyze and interpret geographical data.
- Analyze:
Review data and information to identify patterns, trends, or issues.
- Medical terminology:
Understand and use medical terminology accurately in communication and documentation.
- Data entry:
Enter and maintain accurate data in databases or systems.
- Certificate:
Possess any relevant certifications or licenses required for the role.
- Phone systems:
Operate and navigate phone systems efficiently.
- Phone etiquette:
Demonstrate professional and courteous phone etiquette at all times.
- Conflict management:
Handle conflicts or difficult situations with diplomacy and effective communication.
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using computer software and applications relevant to the job.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and analysis.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
